HARVEST YOUR APPLES

Please bring apples only when they are ripe and ready for pressing. A good test is to gently lift and twist the apple: if it comes away easily it is ready. Check your apples are clean, and free of dirt and rot before dropping off. Our minimum order is 12 bottles which is approximately 20 kgs of apples or 4 large buckets.
Pears also make delicious juice blended with apples.

SUBMIT A BOOKING FORMBooking Form

Complete our online customer form, please provide your name, contact details, the number of bottles you would like juiced and choose the date/time slot that you would like to delivering your apples. Our apple press is based in Brinkworth. You will be able to book your drop off time/date starting 1st September.

BRING YOUR APPLES

Once you’ve booked your time slot and completed the customer form you will receive a confirmation email of your chosen day and time. Bring your apples in open, clean containers, not plastic bags as they will sweat.

PRESSING

Every apple is carefully checked and washed, and any fruit that could affect the flavour is removed. The apples are then pulped and pressed to produce pure, delicious juice. Everyone’s apples and juice are kept separate throughout the process, so the juice you receive is made only from your own apples. 

BOTTLING

We keep your juice pure and natural. Nothing is filtered, and we never add preservatives, water nor sugar. The juice comes solely from the apples you supply. After bottling your juice it is gently pasteurised, allowing it to keep for up to two years. We recommend you store the unopened bottles in a cool, dark place. Once opened the juice should be kept in a fridge and consumed within 3 – 4 days. We apply your bespoke label to the bottle with your requested name.

COLLECTION

When your bottles are ready we will contact you by email to arrange collection and payment. Your bottles are usually ready within one week. Payment can be made online or you can pay on collection by card or cash
